Age of Talisman (herein referred to as "AoT") will never sell, trade, share or rent your personal information to merchant partners, member agencies or any other third parties without your prior consent.

Purchases and Donations
When you donate or purchase in-game packages, you must submit your name, payment details, and the item or package you are claiming. This information allows us to process and fulfill your transaction and notify you of its status.
Your IP Address
An IP address is a number assigned to your computer automatically when you use the Internet. We use your IP address along with other users' IP addresses to track usage patterns, prevent fraud, and improve our website and game services. At no time is your IP address linked with anything that personally identifies you.

REFUND POLICY
We are most appreciative of the financial support you give to Age of Talisman. With the ability to make donations or purchases using your credit or debit card, we maintain a clear refund policy.
We accept your donation or purchase on a "no refunds" basis, except in specific cases outlined below.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- A double transaction caused by technical error or accidental duplicate submission.
- An incorrect amount entered during payment.
- Event registration affected by server reset or item unclaimed.
- Regulatory compliance requiring refund under MMORPG consumer protection standards (2025–2026).
You must request a refund within 30 days of making your donation or purchase via credit or debit card by contacting our office at +1-205-356-9621 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Refund requests outside these conditions cannot be honored.
